此次住宿的酒店很好,只有一晚住三星,其他三天都是四星,很舒服.王导热心为我们讲解当地的文化和历史,欧洲的人文地理知识很丰富。特别是在最后回到纽伦堡我们几个人要赶火车，王导亲自送我们到火车站并且帮助我们买好车票，我们非常感谢王导的热情服务，再次谢谢王导。酒店早餐也很丰盛。就是当地的特色餐没有安排吃一次，比较遗憾。 今后有机会还会参加bjzfgj旅行团。

本次东欧行，行程安排紧凑、景点精选精致、住宿高档舒适、四个晚上住宿有3个四星级酒店、1个3星级酒店。早餐品种丰富、安全卫生。路况车况都很好，司机驾驶技术高，因此，我们长时间坐车，也不觉得颠簸和劳累。导游王志勇知识面广、讲解细致、生动有趣、时间控制得好、全团纪律严明。他热心为游客服务、有问必答。特别令人感动的是：在纽伦堡有5位游客下团，要去赶火车，却不知道如何购票、在哪一个车道上车。按说，他指一指火车站的方向，就算完成任务了，可是，王导不厌其烦、不辞辛苦，安排好到法兰克福下车的游客之后，带着我们这5位游客，一路小跑，从大巴停车场，一直跑到火车站售票厅，指导游客买好了票，并且送上了站台，方才离开。令人感动并感谢！下次如有机会旅游，我和夫人还会选择bjzfgj，一定的！游客兼体验师：李华清

王晨昱做的很辛苦。做为一个打工的学生，为游客跑前跑后尽心尽力，很让人感受到一种朝气。在维也纳组织到金色大厅看音乐会，和司机忙到晚上10点，很不容易。至于食宿，因为是旅游，也没有那么多可以苛责的地方。因为旅店的质量很不齐。总之，很不错。
