对比其他旅行社导游很少的讲解，bjzfgj导游小慧将意大利的人物故事与历史穿插讲解，并配以她自己买的相关历史影像资料，非常用心！使我们对意大利及希腊的历史有比较深刻的理解。虽然路上碰到一些突发事件，但小慧导游及bjzfgj旅行社都处理的很好。下次有机会还会参加你们bjzfgj的旅行团，下次见！

参加过贵社两次大巴游，有了比较，自然就有感触。上次的导游，路上一句讲解没有，连第二天出发时间都是向别人打听到的。小慧从我们一上车就开始讲解，定时放和景点相关的录像。可以看出是做过功课，精心准备的。她很热心，尽量满足每个客人的要求。虽然这次出了意外，但是我认为她已经尽力去解决了。其实旅途中难免意外发生，特别是在周末发生时，一个导游真的很难处理。贵社是否应该由此事建立一个应急方案，把可能发生的问题，提前预见一下呢？我相信小慧不是最优秀的那个导游，但是她是一个做事用心，热情的导游，我们都很喜欢她。

何导游基本的本职工作还算是做好的，至少和我们一起顺利完成了这次出国游，没出现什么不愉快的事，经常会提醒我们注意安全。 这里要提下这位外国司机不错，驾驶技术超好。
